GENERAL POST OFFICE.
No. 810.-It is hereby notified that tenders will be received at the Colonial Secretary's Office until Noon of Tuesday, the 28th instant, for the repair of the Post Office Launch Despatch.
Specification can be obtained at the Government Marine Surveyor's Office.
Repairs to be executed to the satisfaction of the Government Marine Surveyor. Contractor to supply a suitable launch during the repairs and to be responsible for the safety of the Post Office Launch during the time it is in his charge.
The Government does not bind itself to accept the lowest or any tender.

No. 811.—It is hereby notified that the Offices of the Supreme Court will be open daily from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. during the Christmas Vacation (which commences on the 24th instant and terminates on the 1st January, 1910), except on Public Holidays when the Offices will be entirely closed.

The Lot is sold for the term of Seventy-five years from the 1st day of July, 1898, with the right of renewal for a further term of 24 years less 3 days at a re-assessed Crown Rent as a Marine Building Lot subject to the General Conditions of Sale published in Government Notification No. 365 of 1906.
The amount to be spent in rateable improvements under the General Condition No. 5 is $100.
