(3.) The standard of quality of spirits as fixed by the Governor-in-Council shall be declared on the label of each bottle."
16. Form No. 10 in the First Schedule to the Principal Ordinance is hereby amended by striking out the words "Adjunct Licence in the such Form and by substituting therefor the words "Restauraut Adjunet Licenco ", and by inserting the following as additional conditions of the said licence :-
“(1.) No Public or Private Bar to be kept.
(2.) Intoxicating liquor shall only be sold for con- sumption on the premises and only in con- junction with a bona fide meal for which a charge of at least thirty cents can be reasonably made.
(3.) Intoxicating liquor shall only be sold between the hours of 12.30 p.m. and 2.30 p.m. and 6 p.m. and 9 p.m. and at no other time."
17. The First Schedule to the Principal Ordinance is hereby amended by the addition of the Form No. 10A in the Schedule hereto.
18. Forms Nos. 12 and 13 in the First Schedule to the Principal Ordinanco are hereby repealed and the Form and addition No. 12 in the Schedule hereto is substituted therefor,
of new Form No. 12.

19. It shall be lawful for the Governor-in-Council by notification to be published in the Gazette from time to time to appoint such officer as he may think fit to exercise all or any of the powers and to perform all or any of the duties which are under the Principal Ordinance vested in the Colonial Secretary,
20. The Second Schedule to the Principal Ordinance lettered S in section 2 of the Liquor Licences Amendment Ordinance, 1902, is hereby repealed and the Second Sche- dule to this Ordinance is substituted therefor with effect in respect of each licence that is now or may hereafter be in force from the date of renewal or of the grant of such licence as the case may be.
Provided always that in the case of licences which are renewed or granted subsequently to the date of this Ordin- ance and prior to the First day of January, 1910, the fees shall be, in respect of the period between the date of issue and the Thirty-first day of December, 1909, at the rate previously obtaining, and in respect of the period from and after the First day of January, 1910, at the rate set out in Second Schedule to this Ordinance.
21. The Liquor Licences Amendment Ordinance, 1902, is hereby repealed.
22. Section 8 of the Liquor Licences Extension Or- dinance, 1908, is hereby repealed,
