Believed Existence of Shoal.
Position-Latitude 20° 03′ N., Longitude 109° 36′ E.

Remarks-A shoal of 24 fathoms appears to exist in a position 290° 6 miles
from Lambo Point Lighthouse, Hainan Island.

94. Malacca Strait-Port Swettenham.
Buoys Removed.
The three buoys marking the closed Helenus Channel were removed on Thursday, 4th March, and will not be replaced.. This channel is to be considered permanently closed.
