The captioned conference is taking place in Vienna from 24:25 will be June 1993, as you know from our previous correspondence. one of the largest meetings of governments to discuss human mighan since 1962 when the previous World Conference took place in Teherad. I was pleased to be advised by the Chief Secretary that Hong Kray vi have a presence at the Conference.
