Purpose: to extend the Morohant Shipping (Load Lines) Act 1967 to
Hong Kong.
Present position:
S of S was requested in October 1968 to
initiato aotion to extend the above Act and
all rules and regulations made thereunder, subject to certain modifications to meet looal
requirements, to Hong Kong.
Dospito 2 remindors, we have still, not heard
from the Secretary of State.
