The Governors despatch about developments since time 1967 has now been printed but due to a misunderstanding (apparently in Commonwealth Policy and Planning Department) our reply was not printed with it. The Governor's despatch
has now been distributed so it will not now be possible to circulate the two together as was the intention. I have, however, asked for our reply to be printed and circulated as soon as possible.
