Vietnamese military personnel arrived this afternoon in uniform. Will you please once again emphasise to such people that they must travel in civilian clothes. Fortunately this party had with them civilian clothe into which they could change. If any military personnel arrive in future and have no civilian clothes with them they will not be allowed to leave the airport.
